Where's the 'Reply To Group And Author' button?

For those who have just moved to Outlook Express from MS Mail & News, this button is now called "Reply to all". You can add it by right-clicking your toolbar and selecting Buttons. A box will appear allowing you to customize the toolbar, including the option to add "Reply to all".
