Compacting news files
Every now and then it's a good idea to compact your news files, it saves space on your hard drive and seems to reduce the frequency of Outlook Express crashing. To do this, goto the Tools menu and choose Options.... On the Maintenance tab, press Clean Up Now and follow it through.
