Importing addresses into the Address Book
You can import contacts easily from most previous mail programs. Goto File, Import and select Address Book... to import another Outlook Express Address Book, or Other Address Book... to import any other type.
When the Address Book Import Tool appears, follow the instructions to import your previous program's address book.
