Disabling the Outlook Express splash screen

Outlook Express 5 uses a different registry key to store its settings:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Identities\{Identity No.}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook Express\5.0
To disable the splash screen, browse your way to the above key in Regedit (Press Start, select Run... and type in regedit) and goto Edit, New, DWORD Value, call it NoSplash and give it a value of 1.
