Address Book folders
The Address Book can now be organized more efficiently by using folders. For example, you could seperate your personal friends from your business contacts. To create a new folder, open the Address Book and choose New Folder from the File menu.

Colin Riddle says:
If you have Outlook 98 installed, you'll get an extra menu item in the Tools menu called Options.... To create folders in the Address Book, you have to make sure Do not share information among Microsoft Outlook and other applications. Address book data will be stored in an Address Book (*.wab) file. is selected.
