Creating your own stationery
Outlook Express 5 provides a wizard for you to create your own stationery. You can access it by choosing Select Stationery... from the drop down list on the New Mail button and then clicking the Create New button.

Alternatively, click the Compose Message button and create a new message using all the fonts, colours etc you want to include. Then go to File, Save As... and select HTML as the File Type.
Browse your way to the Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery\ and give it a meaningful name. Now, click the arrow next to the Compose Message button and choose More Stationery. Open the stationery file you have just made and it will compose a new message for you using your style.
