System32 folder opens when Windows NT starts
If you are logging on to Windows NT 4.0 and finding that the System32 folder opens on your Desktop have a look at Microsoft Knowledge Base Article Q177510 (System32 Folder Opens When Windows NT Starts). You can either download a fix or wait for the next Service Pack.
Upgrading to IE5, or applying Service Pack 1 for Internet Explorer 4 is reported to fix this problem.
